... you've driven for 20 years and only this year have you gotten into the habit of putting your keys in the same place in your purse, so you don't have to dig for them!

I just quit driving.... #1) can never find the keys #2) Can't pay attention enough to drive.
I always end up adjusting my mirrors while I'm actually driving...cuz I can't remember to do it BEFORE I hit the road...which leads me to just barely missing sideswiping some other car or putting my car in a huge ditch. Then I'll realize I hate the song playing on the radio...so I'll look down to change the station and look up just in time to swerve out of the opposing lane of traffic where the guy in the oncoming car is flipping me off.
I've come to terms with the fact that me + car = danger.

I do the same thing expet with the metrocard for the bus, and the purse and anything else i can lose of misplace
