I have a site about a little known conflict of physiology.
I am writing a page about the possible cause of ADD and ADHD.
The information is free and the possible cure is simple and free too.
About fifty years ago engineers discovered a conflict of physiology when it caused bizarre episodes in Knowledge workers using newly designed close-spaced office workstations. The Cubicle still solves this problem in the business office.
The engineers and office furniture companies believe massive exposure is needed in a compact time frame to cause the episodes.
But the experience of users of Qi Gong and Kundalini Yoga point to severly altered mental states due to low but persistent long term exposure. (Site Pages.)
The phenomenon is so simple that you can get exposure anywhere. Examples are too-close side-by-side seating in class rooms and incorrectly designed workspace in small business offices. Poorly designed study areas and computer workstations in college are another source of exposure.
Question: Have you ever encountered a fully blind person with ADD, ADHD, or Panic Attacks.
If this phenomenon is the cause of these disorders a simple examination of your activities to find and eliminate exposure should help.

If I am correct ADD, ADHD, Panic Attacks are learned behavior, BF Skinner learning, operant conditioning, so that the problem will not immediately stop if you eliminate current exposure.
The longer you have had the problem the harder it will be to recover. But it should eventually stop.
