Hi, I just found this site today. I am 48 years old and was finally diagnosed about 2.5 years ago with ADHD. I've been bounching off walls, smashing into walls, falling down stairs and out of trees all my life. Have been taking adderall and what a difference. The first day I took it, I realized all those people talking to me in the back ground were gone. No longer did I feel like the circus performer running between all the spinning plates trying to keep them going!! Still have tons of issues, clutter, piles. laundry, losing track of time, etc. just knowing what the problem is, helps. It takes alot of work to undo 46 years of behaviors. but we just have to baby step our way. TracyW
