I am 34 and was diagnosed with ADD just a year and 6 mos ago, not long after my oldest child was discovered as being ADD. Until then, life was not so great for me. Since then, things have improved greatly, especially my social skills. Life still has it's tough areas for me, but I cannot express how my knowledge I've gained on this topic, plus the meds I've been given have changed my life for the MUCH better!

Wellbutrin is more of an anti depressant than an add treatment. I've just been on concerta for a week, so far, things are ok, not too much different. I gives me headaches if i don't take it with food, though. ADD can be aggravating, but it also sets us way apart form others. Sometimes I actually think it's good to be add, we seem to be able to laugh at ourselves more so than non ADD people. That's been my experience, anyway. Carey
