I suppose flylady would help. Except that I find her constant emails and nagging really irritating, don't you? I finally had to take myself off the list for all the emails I was getting. I was reading emails about how wonderful these women feel cause they have shiney sinks and all of a sudden because their sinks were shiney their lives just fell into place. Is there a smilie up there for sticking one's finger down one's throat?
